4. Once I have joined 2degrees can I change my mobile number?

Yes. Any call credit on your 2degrees account will be transferred to your new number, but you will need to set up a new voicemail account by dialling 202 and following the prompts.

If you want to browse and select a new number, or bring across a number from a different mobile provider, you can do this online by registering with Your 2degrees

6. How do I get my balance?

You can check your balance in a few different ways:

1) From your mobile phone, dial *100#1#. You will receive an onscreen response in a manner of seconds.
2) Online, in Your 2degrees, you can view your up to date credit balance and Magic Top-up rewards balance.
3) On the 2degrees mobile portal homepage - simply activate from your mobile phone.

7. How do I check how many free texts I have remaining?

You can check your text balance in a few different ways:

1) From your mobile phone, dial *100#1#. You will receive an onscreen response in a manner of seconds.

8. Where can I buy top-up vouchers?

Top-up vouchers are available at most major supermarkets, petrol stations and dairies.

9. Can I top-up someone else's account?

Yes you can. To do this you can:
1. Call the top-up line on 201, select your payment option and then choose option 1 to top-up another 2degrees account.
2. Top-up someone else's account online in Your 2degrees, by entering their mobile number on the top-up screen.
